做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
