做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
