做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
