做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
