做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
