做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
