做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
