做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
