做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
