做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
