做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
