做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
