做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
