做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
