做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
