做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
