做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
