做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
