做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
