做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
