做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
