做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
