做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
