做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
