做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
