做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
