做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
