做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
