做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
