做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
