做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
