做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
