做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
