做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
