做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
