做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
