做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
