做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
