做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
