做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
