做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
