做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝(cháng )。 -
