做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
