做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
