做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
