做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的(de )清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
