做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
