做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
