做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
