做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
